Guest linen has to look the part
A guest forgives a lot before they forgive grey sheets. Guest linen is washed hot enough to be hygienic, dried properly so nothing comes back damp, and pressed and folded for presentation rather than storage.
We launder the linen you already own and return it to you. That matters: with hire, your stock is rented and replaced on someone else's cycle. With us the sheets stay yours, and we tell you honestly when a set is past its best rather than quietly putting it back into rotation.
Turnarounds that match check-out and check-in
Accommodation runs on a clock. Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours, and same-day express is available when a check-out and a check-in fall on the same day. Tell us your changeover pattern and we will build the collection schedule around it.
For properties with a cleaner, we can coordinate directly with them so linen is collected and returned without anyone chasing anyone.
Guests who need laundry done
If your guests ask about laundry, we have a flat bag-wash rate you can offer them or build into a room charge: $40 for a load returned within 24 hours, or $55 for same-day express.

How much does a hotel laundry service cost?
Property linen, sheets, towels and bedding, is priced per kilogram, quoted on your volume and collection frequency. Individual guest bag washes are $40 for a 24-hour return or $55 for same-day express.
Do you hire out linen?
No. We launder the linen you own and return it guest-ready. We are a laundry service rather than a linen hire company, so your stock stays yours and there is no rental to pay.
Can you do same-day changeovers?
Yes, where the timing allows. Same-day express is available for changeovers when a check-out and check-in land on the same day. Tell us your pattern and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.
What size properties do you work with?
Small hotels, motels, guesthouses, B&Bs, serviced apartments and multi-property short-stay operators. If you are a single short-stay property, our holiday rental linen service is usually the better fit.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, a minimum order of $45 applies, with tax and the pickup and delivery fee included.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We collect directly from your door across Sydney's Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown and St George. Contactless options are available, and standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
