How often can you collect?
As often as you need, including daily. Our collections run every day across all three areas, so your pickup can match your trading pattern rather than a fixed route day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Set a schedule, change it when your volume changes, and pause it over a quiet period. We would rather earn the next collection than hold you to a term.
Do you supply the linen as well?
No, we launder the linen you own and return it to you. We are a laundry service rather than a linen hire company, which means your stock stays yours and you are not paying rental on it.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, a minimum order of $45 applies, with tax and the pickup and delivery fee included.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We collect directly from your door across Sydney's Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown and St George. Contactless options are available, and standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
