Laundry is one of the first things that gets hard
Carrying a full basket, bending to a front-loader, hanging a heavy sheet on a line, these are the small jobs that quietly become the reason someone stops managing at home. Handing the washing to someone else is often the cheapest way to make staying at home work for longer.
We collect from the door, wash to the care label, fold everything and bring it back. Nobody needs to be inside the house, and the same person is not required to be home for the drop-off either.
Arranged by whoever is easiest
Plenty of our arrangements are set up by an adult child in another suburb, or by a care provider or case manager. Tell us the address, how often collections should run and who should receive the invoice, and we handle the rest.
We can send the invoice to a family member, to a care provider or to the household directly, whichever keeps it simple.

Home Care Packages and Support at Home
We take on Home Care Package and Support at Home clients, and we are used to working alongside a provider rather than around them. Domestic assistance, which includes laundry, is generally part of what these packages cover.
The provider administers the funding, so the practical detail to settle at the start is who we invoice: the provider directly, or the household for reimbursement. Either works. Tell us which your package uses, and we will send the quote or invoice in the format your case manager asks for.

NDIS participants
If the person you are arranging this for is an NDIS participant rather than an aged-care client, laundry can be funded under Core Supports and we invoice it with the correct line item. That is a different process with its own page.

Standard pricing. There is no aged-care surcharge. Pickup and delivery is $10 per order and a $45 minimum order applies, with tax included.

Aged Care & Home Care questions
Can a Home Care Package pay for a laundry service?
Generally yes: laundry falls under domestic assistance, which Home Care Packages and Support at Home funding cover. We take HCP clients and can invoice your provider directly or invoice the household for reimbursement, whichever your package uses. Your case manager confirms the arrangement and we send the quote in the format they need.
Does someone need to be home for the collection?
No. Contactless collection and delivery is standard, the bag can be left somewhere sheltered and we return it to the same spot. If you would prefer we knock, tell us and we will.
Can you wash bedding, doonas and blankets?
Yes, and this is often the main reason people call. Doonas, blankets, mattress toppers and heavy bedding are difficult to manage in a home machine and on a home line. We handle them in commercial machines and return them properly dry.
Can family interstate arrange and pay for this?
Yes. We regularly set up collections at a parent's address with the invoice going to a family member elsewhere. One call or email sets it up, and we confirm the arrangement with everyone before the first pickup.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, a minimum order of $45 applies, with tax and the pickup and delivery fee included.
How does pickup and delivery work?
We collect directly from your door across Sydney's Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown and St George. Contactless options are available, and standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
